Our Team

Support Services

Our Support Services Department is charged with the responsibility of ensuring that all elements of EVAC Ambulance are provided with supplies and/or services to efficiently operate during emergency and non-emergency situations.

This office is responsible for:

  • Quality control assurance regarding repairs and maintenance on all department buildings and facilities performed by our facilities maintenance department and outside contractors;
  • Assisting ambulance dispatch with facility maintenance and support;
  • Fleet ambulance maintenance;
  • Security and storage of all department files;
  • Obtaining the best price for any products or services requiring outside vendors;
  • Supervising the planning and coordination of maintenance and repairs of 7 stations and offices with outside contractors; and
  • Control of all purchase requests for ambulance supplies, fleet maintenance supplies, and facilities maintenance supplies.
