Benefits
In addition to wages, the following benefits are offered to all full-time employees after 90 days of employment unless otherwise noted*
- Paid Time Off (PTO): may be used as it is accrued (beginning of the first day of employment).
- 9 Holidays per year.
- Retirement Plan: *(pre-tax 401K) when eligible.
- EVAC Sponsored health benefits: available the first day of the month following 90 days of service
- Medical Insurance:
- EVAC pays majority of employee coverage.
- EVAC pays partial cost of the employee's family coverage.
- Dental insurance
- Funded by EVAC
- Dependent coverage available at a minimal cost to employee.
- Life insurance
- Funded by EVAC. (one year's annual base salary).
- Short-term disability:
- Funded by EVAC.
