Ghost Out

EVAC Ambulance focuses on increasing the awareness of drunk driving and drug use while driving during the critical teenage years through a program targeting high school students called Ghost Out.

Ghost Out is an in-school program that increases high school student awareness of the number of teenage alcohol related deaths.  With the help of a “Grim Reaper”, students are chosen at random during classes to simulate the number of deaths that occur from drinking and driving.  It is a compelling program that culminates at the end of the school day with all students chosen to represent the victims on stage and other students giving eulogies about each drinking and driving death.
